As one of the few specialized roller manufacturers in the world, we manufacture a wide variety of rollers that come in different types and sizes.
Our rollers are purchased by bearing manufacturers and manufacturers of industrial machines, who then use the rollers in specialized bearings. Our high precision rollers allow for smooth rotations, reduction on the torque and an overall longer expected life expectancy in the machines they are used in.
In addition to bearings, our pins can also be used as links for steering rods and general-purpose engines.
To provide high quality, stable rollers, we are strongly committed to the quality of our production facilities and equipment which we produce in house.
Tohshin Technical sells these products externally which further demonstrates their capabilities. Our persistence to constantly honing our craft has led us to an 80% market share for some types of rollers domestically and a 40% market share internationally. We conform to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), but most of the rollers we produce for our clients are custom-made, based on the specifications provided, for which we commit to manufacturing above and beyond the standards set out in JIS.
As our management system is accredited with an ISO9000 and an ISO14000 certification, we adopt even stricter standards to ensure the quality that our clients have come to expect of us. Because of our adherence to quality and technique, we have developed a unique relationship with customers that also manufacture rollers themselves, as their rival and supplier.
