The roundness of our rollers has high degree of precision not only for cylindrical rollers, but also for other shapes such as spherical rollers.
Using a wide variety of processes, we have been able to achieve sub-micron levels of roughness. Our tapered rollers in particular have been commended on the degree of end face roughness as smooth as a mirror.
To make bearings long-lasting, a wide variety of crowning shapes are necessary. With our processing technology, we can accommodate even the most complicated designs requested by our clients.
